Your signup, the PC website and the 1st QR code are all free. Although QR Codes are becoming more common, many people do not understand what they are or how to use them. General public awareness will come about as daily visibility of QR codes increases. The City QR Code program works best when several nearby stores participate. No gimmicks. Your account will activate as soon as you verify your email address. Payment information is not needed until you decide to activate the additional QR codes.
